The primary goal of QLaw’s annual Gala is to raise funds to support QLaw’s programming and efforts in legal education in LGBT issues at UW Law School. Additionally, this event showcases support for QLaw and LGBT people in both the law school and greater Madison community. Each year, over 120 prospective, admitted and current law students, faculty, staff, administration, alumni, and community members attended. The program is an informal reception but includes remarks from LGBT leaders and our sponsors. There will be hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar.
